The facility is open to those with disabilities and their families.
We have staff available to assist you with a wide variety of needs. If your disability requires extensive assistance, we recommend that you contact us prior to your visit to see if arrangements for assistance can be made, or bring someone to assist you.
If the person accompanying you is there specifically to help you, then they simply need to sign in as a guest. If they wish to use the facility, then they will need to pay the Daily Drop-In fee or purchase a membership. A list of our membership prices can be found here.

All of our health and fitness programs are free of charge to members unless otherwise noted.
There are no early termination fees with our contracts. If you wish to end a monthly contract, we advise doing so a minimum of eight days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
The SpoFit currently does not hand out towels.
